This is open to all clubs and associations and is of benefit to anyone going for there Dan grades or who want to improve their judo.
(It's also a revalidation course for IBF Coaches).
The Nage No Kata is a demonstration of 15 traditional throws.split into 5 sets of 3 throws. Hand/shoulder throws, hip throws,leg throws, rear sacrifice throws and side sacrifice throws. This kata helps all to practice and understand how and why these throws work.
